The development, for Catalyst Homes, is in the village of Lane End near the M40.
All the homes will have two bedrooms and a private courtyard as well as carports. They will share a communal garden.
They will feature red and off-white brick exterior, ‘taking their cue from the local vernacular of red brick, render and clay-tiled roofs’ according to the practice.

The scheme is due to start on site this year for completion in 2019.
