Records are getting smashed left, right and centre by Team GB at London 2012 and the medals don't show any sign of stopping today. Let Digital Spy guide you through this afternoon and evening's Olympic highlights.

We may have been dumped out of the women's and men's football tournament in unfortunate fashion, but on the hockey pitch Team GB are still riding high. The women's and men's team are both in the semi-finals and at 8pm tonight on BBC Three, the women take on Argentina in their toughest match yet. Argentina beat our girls in the Champions Trophy final earlier this year, so it's time for revenge.

Amid the track and field, velodrome, rowing and equestrian medal rush, Team GB's boxers have been progressing very quietly and nicely and it's now time for the silverware to be handed out. Nicola Adams in the women's flyweight is guaranteed a medal, but will be hoping to make it more than a bronze one. She takes on Mary Kom from 1.30pm on BBC Olympics 4 to earn a spot in the gold medal match.

BMX time!

Without question the coolest sport at London 2012 - even cooler than handball - is the BMX-ing. Shanaze Reade is Team GB's best hope of a medal and after disappointment in Beijing four years ago, she'll be desperate to make it a gold one. Watch all the incredible action from 3pm on BBC Olympics 1.

The Beach Volleyball finale!

The beach volleyball has been the surprise hit of the London Games with TV viewers and lucky ticket buyers getting passionately involved in a sport, which for a long time has been considered a novelty in this country. Kerri Walsh Jennings and Misty May-Treanor take on April Ross and Jennifer Kess in an all-American women's final tonight. Be there from the first smash at 9pm on BBC Olympics 2.

Best of the Rest
The Brits hope to continue their surprise success at Greenwich park with the showjumping finals. Scott Brash, Ben Maher and Nick Skelton will be hoping to strike individual gold from 12pm on BBC Olympics 2.

Light-welterweight Tom Stalker is representing the Team GB boys in the boxing tonight and is battling Munkh-Erdene Uranchimeg for a spot in the final at 10pm on BBC Olympics 3.

Catch the latest casual jog from fastest man in the world Usain Bolt when he takes part in the 200m semi-finals from 8.10pm on BBC Two.
