ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. — A man is recovering tonight after being hit by his own vehicle in St. Charles County.
A spokesman for the Wentzville Fire Department said the driver was having issues with his car when he pulled over in a work zone staging area at Highway W and Highway 61 Monday afternoon.
The spokesman said the person got out of his vehicle and somehow was struck by their own vehicle.
The fire department did not know the condition of the person struck.
