Love Island is back, and that means eight solid weeks of grafting, hook-ups and hotties that are totally our type on paper. Let's not forget about the couplings either!
During Monday's (June 4) launch special, Caroline Flack brought the boys and girls together into the villa to reveal, for the first time, who they fancied. Here's how the first coupling ended up:
Niall was the first boy in and Kendall stepped forward. Niall chose Kendall, so they were coupled up.
Alex was the second boy in, but no-one stepped forward, so Alex chose Laura.
But, Wes was the third third boy in, and — shocker — the freshly-coupled Laura stepped forward. Wes chose to re-couple with Laura, moving Alex to the subs bench.
Eyal was fourth boy in and attracted the attention of Dani, Samira and Hayley. Eyal chose to couple with Hayley.
Jack was the fifth boy in, and both Dani and Samira stepped forward. Jack chose Dani to couple.
That left subs Alex and Samira, who were then automatically coupled up.
But, since it's Love Island, it wasn't going to be so simple! Caroline Flack confirmed to the new couples that a new boy was on his way to the villa, and would be choosing one of the girls to couple up within 24 hours.
The newbie, personal trainer Adam, made his arrival towards the end of Monday's episode, and quickly turned the heads of both Samira and Laura.
"I kind of fancy Adam," Samira admitted in the Beach Hutt. "I don't know what's happened because when he came in I was like, 'I fancy him but he's not my type.' But like, I think I fancy him quite a bit."
Meanwhile, Laura was feeling pretty much the same: "I really like Adam. For me, I need to get in there. He is looks-wise pretty much dead-on what I would like."
Adam was well aware that he'd turned the heads of several of the ladies, and seemed to be enjoying watching them graft on mini-dates throughout the first day in the villa.
"I literally love you all in your own little way," he told the group. "We get on quite well don't we? Well I like to think so. We can have conversation because you're older. I'm not 22. I can speak to you and have a conversation. I fancy you obviously, you're beautiful. But all the girls are beautiful."
But who will he pick?
We'll find out when Love Island continues on Tuesday (9pm) on ITV2.
