The Great Canadian Gaming Corp. has announced that at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on June 16, 2015, all directors nominated as listed in the information circular dated May 4, 2015 were elected.
The detailed results are as follows:
As a ballot was not required for the election of the directors, the number of votes disclosed reflects only the proxies received by management of the company in advance of the meeting.
At the meeting, the shareholders of the company also reappointed Deloitte LLP as the auditors of the company and approved the continuation of the company's 2007 Share Option Plan.
