Silver Alert issued for Norwich woman

Norwich Police have issued a Silver Alert for Jocelyn Butcher, a city woman who was last seen on Friday.

Butcher, 45, is 5-foot-3 and weighs 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt and grey sweatpants.

Authorities say Butcher may have gone toward the Kingston, R.I. area in a brown Subaru Legacy with Connecticut license plates 637WDL.
