While there's some chatter in the clip about celebrating birthdays, it was for neither Morgan or her spouse, as they both turned 28 this past May.

That same month, the pair exchanged vows at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana, California in a star-studded event attended by 150 people.

Included were Rich Kids co-stars Jonny Drubel, EJ Johnson and Dorothy Wang, as well as Kyle Richards of Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Morgan, who admitted she was something of a 'bridezilla' in preparing for her special day May 7, looked stunning in her Badgley Mischka-made ensemble, with jewellery by renown designer Martin Katz.

And while she clearly went to great lengths to look perfect on her wedding day, it's a safe guess that Morgan will devote less time and money to maintaining her appearance.

The candid beauty last week took to Twitter to admit she had made a mistake in going under the knife to get lip injections, telling more than 117,000 followers, "I'm realizing the less you f*** with yourself the better," and that it was an 'insane' decision on her part to have the procedure done.

She opened up on the pain in the process, saying that she cried after she was given no numbing cream prior to the injections, and even tried to undo some of the work herself, but could not.

The experience clearly left the E! beauty with a new outlook on going under the knife, as she wrote that 'unless it's reconstructive,' plastic surgery 'is BS is most cases,' and leaves those looking 'older &/or witchy,' defeating the purpose in the first place.
