Karrueche Tran embarrassed by awkward celebrity encounters

Model and actress Karrueche Tran is struggling with one aspect of fame – she has a big problem meeting other celebrities.
Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend has met many people she admires, but when she ran into actress Tiffany Haddish and singer Erykah Badu recently she became so starstruck the conversation went downhill quickly.
“I met Tiffany Haddish at a party one time and I walked up to her and I asked her for a picture and I was like, ‘Oh my God girl, I’m so nervous, I just want to kiss you in the mouth’,” she told U.S. chat show The Talk. “She was like (shocked). I don’t know why I said that because I don’t think I felt that way; it just came out that way. She was like, ‘(No), girl don’t kiss me, I don’t go that way, I’m strictly (into men)’. I was like, ‘OK, I’m sorry, I promise I won’t kiss you’.”
“Then I met Erykah Badu, we worked on (TV show) Hip Hop Squares together. I mean, it’s Erykah Badu, come on, she’s a legend,” she added. “And I told her, ‘It’s nice to meet you, it’s a pleasure, I love your a**.’ She does have a nice a**, but, like, that’s not something you tell Erykah Badu the first time you meet her. She didn’t say anything out of the ordinary, I think she said, ‘Thanks’.”
Karrueche was so appalled by her awkwardness, she apologised.
“We had to two days of filming and I’m lying in bed that night like, ‘You really told Erykah Badu that you love her a**, you’re wild’,” she continued. “So the next day I came up to her and said, ‘Listen I’m so sorry, I don’t mean to be creepy or weird, it just came out’. She was like, ‘No girl, it’s OK’.”
