OXFORD • When Jeff and Kathleen Taylor got an email in January asking if they were available to make a replica of a Toyota Corolla for the rollout of the 2020 model, they didn’t have to think twice.

“Jeff was of course interested,” Kathleen said. “This is right up his alley. It’s not often you get the opportunity to make a 5-foot-long cake.”
