ASBURY PARK — Green-adorned spectators lined the streets of Ocean and Cookman avenues to watch the sixth annual Asbury Park St. Patrick's Day Parade wind through the city on Sunday afternoon.

Live bands played from parade floats to celebrate Asbury's music culture. A cluster of dogs in green tutus walked down Cookman Avenue through crowds of cheering onlookers. Pipe bands marched through the city streets, despite a morning downpour that left the area damp and air misty.

The rain stopped in time for both marchers and spectators to stay dry.

This year's event included an official after-party led by guitarist Bobby Banderia at the Wonder Bar.
