They are probably the two biggest badasses on Game of Thrones, so it comes as no surprise that Tormund and Lady Lyanna Mormont have shared an awesome selfie together.

The pair - played by actors Kristofer Hivju and Bella Ramsey - took the picture from the set of the HBO's show's anticipated new season; and were they teasing a team-up?

In the post, Hivju sang Ramsey's praises and although he did not confirm or deny that they would meet on the show, he said we "would have so much to look forward to".

We are definitely on board with the idea of a Tormund/Lyanna team-up if it does happen. Heck, the White Walkers would shatter in fear just from their iconic stares.

Maybe if Lyanna wins the Iron Throne - we all want it to happen, let's be honest - Tormund can be her right-hand man.

Of course, the two have been in the same cohort ever since the Battle of the Bastards, so the chance of being in the same scenes seems high.

We are also still waiting for the Tormund-Brienne of Tarth romance that was not-so-subtly teased in season six.

However, Hivju is not the only star that has been teasing filming for Games of Thrones season 7, with the Queen of Dragons herself Emilia Clarke posting a fierce selfie with Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei) and Jacob Anderson (Grey Worm).

They are the only glimpses we have from next season at the moment, and we have to wait all the way until Summer 2017 to actually see it.
