A funnel cloud was spotted south of the border in North Dakota in some rare footage taken from a plane Thursday.
A pilot shot video of a funnel cloud as he flew north of Kenmare, North Dakota, which is southwest of Winnipeg. The video was posted on Twitter Thursday.
