The eleven-building, 88-unit mixed-income apartments are part of the more than 600-acre Jackson Woods complex that plans to offer 1,541 apartment and townhouse units.

The Ponds opening marks the second phase of a four-piece development plan.

Matrix prepared the preliminary/final major site plan, stormwater management design, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection permitting plans and the boundary and topographic survey for Jackson Woods, in addition to obtaining other required approvals.

Built by the Walters Group, Jackson Woods also includes streams, wetlands and wildlife habitats.
