Kelley/Uustal Welcomes Attorney Josiah Graham to their Trial Team

Having just returned from filming on the set of “The Bachelorette,” Attorney Josiah Graham joined the law firm of Kelley/Uustal in their Fort Lauderdale Office as a trial attorney. Graham is one of the “bachelors” featured in this season’s show, which premieres on Monday, May 22nd, seeking to win the heart of the “bachelorette,” Rachel Lindsay, who is herself a practicing attorney in Dallas. Graham’s responsibilities at Kelley/Uustal will include trials and complex litigation in the firm’s primary practice areas of catastrophic injury and wrongful death.

With five years of versatile legal experience, Graham most recently served as the Assistant State Attorney of the Office of the State Attorney, 17th Judicial Circuit where he advocated on behalf of thousands of victims throughout the community, trying more than 30 jury and non-jury trials involving crimes of robbery, burglary and grand theft.

Prior to that, Graham began his law career as a Legal Clerk for the Department of Children & Families in Tallahassee. He also served as a Legal Clerk at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation in Tallahassee and as a Summer Associate for DeBeaubien, Knight, Simmons, Mantzaris and Neal, LLP in Orlando. Graham holds a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law where he was Captain of the Black Law Students Association Mock Trial team. With Graham as a member, the team earned first-place in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition. Graham also earned the Best Advocate Award for his role.
