Businessman stalked hairdresser ex at Gleneagles during 16 years of terrorising women, court hears
Jamie Doak, 41, is alleged to have bombarded hairdresser Ellie Roy, 26, with texts and loitered outside her salon at the luxury Perthshire hotel
A BUSINESSMAN stalked an ex at Gleneagles during 16 years of terrorising women, a court heard yesterday.
Jamie Doak, 41, is alleged to have bombarded hairdresser Ellie Roy, 26, with texts and loitered outside her salon at the luxury Perthshire hotel.
He is also accused of kicking out a woman’s car windscreen while she drove at 70mph and attacking others he had been in relationships with.
Ms Roy claims Doak turned up at her work at least five times after she split from him following two dates.
She told Perth Sheriff Court: “I didn’t want to see him again. He didn’t take no for an answer. I felt really threatened.”
Doak, of Auchterarder, Perthshire, denies abusing three women between 2000 and June last year. The charges include stalking Ms Roy for four months in 2014.
The trial continues.
