Zetterholm joins Coldwell Banker

ASHEVILLE – Eric Zetterholm has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial King as a commercial real estate broker. The office is at 20 Town Mountain Road, Suite 105.

Zetterholm is a graduate of the Michigan Law School and he has 25 years of business experience, including eight years as a real estate developer and 17 years as a CPA in public accounting and industry. As a real estate developer, he closed in excess of $20 million in real estate transactions. He will be responsible for all facets of commercial brokerage including buying, selling, leasing and land acquisition.
