Is This The Best Remake Of Beyonce's 'Countdown' Video?

Update: Beyonce posted the clip on her website, adding, "Brilliant. I Think he did this video better than I did :)."

Oh, YouTube. Since it's invention, we've really discovered that line between amazing, horrifying and downright puzzling is thinner than we could have ever imagined. Case-and-point, check out this lip dub of Beyonce's "Countdown" video by user kkpalmer1000.

Wearing a blue snuggie (among other wardrobe changes) and recreating the original video clip-by-clip and movement-by-movement, the video shows how deep and knowledgeable Beyonce fans can get. Seriously, this is a hilarious, near-perfect recreation of the dazzling original with wild choreography and all.

As the lip dub genre continues to progress with better editing and dancing, it seems kkpalmer1000 is now the one to beat.

This week Beyonce praised Michelle Obama in a new video that supports President Obama's reelection campaign. "I wrote a letter to the first lady because I wanted her to know that I'm very grateful for everything she's done for our country and also for women around the world," Beyoncé says as she introduces the clip.

During the brief video, the camera cuts from the singer as she begins to read the note, and a set of photos showing Mrs. Obama hard at work and hanging with her family begins to play. "Michelle is the ultimate example of a truly strong African-American," Beyoncé reads as the photos scroll by. "She is a caring mother, she's a loving wife, while at the same time she is the first lady!"
