Overturned truck blocking two lanes on Route 287 in Hanover, State Police say

A motor vehicle accident on Route 287 Saturday morning is blocking two southbound lanes, State Police said.

— A two-car motor vehicle accident is blocking the left and center lanes on Route 287 South Saturday morning, State Police said.

One vehicle — a pickup truck — overturned just north of Exit 39 for Route 10, but the driver was not trapped in the vehicle, State Police said.

State Police said at 7:25 a.m. the roadway would be cleared shortly since a tow service was on the scene.

The state Department of Transportation first reported the accident at 6:55 p.m. on its

web service.

Both drivers refused medical attention, State Police said.

As of 7:35 a.m., the vehicle has been removed from the roadway, the DOT reported.
