Driver killed in one car crash near Golconda

GOLCONDA, IL (KFVS) - Illinois State Police are investigating a deadly crash near Golconda Tuesday morning.
It happened at 8:15 a.m. three miles west of Golconda.
A red 2010 Ford Fusion traveling eastbound on State Route 146 drifted into the westbound lane, then went off the pavement and hit two trees, according to ISP.
The driver was killed. The name is being withheld pending notification of family.
