Alan Thicke‘s sons and his widow, Tanya Callau, have settled their legal battle over his estate, though tensions remain.

Callau is set to receive 40 percent of her late husband’s estate, which is valued at $15,793,278.48, according to The Blast. Each of his three children — crooner Robin, Brennan and Carter — will receive 20 percent.

Along with her portion of the inheritance, Callau will also get to keep a ranch in Carpinteria, Calif.

A $100,000 loan given to Robin by his father was also cleared and “forgiven.”

The “Blurred Lines” singer, however, accused Callau of initiating “a media blitz serving no purpose but to besmirch the Co-Trustees and feed her insatiable desire for publicity regardless of the consequences to Alan’s legacy or his children” in the legal documents.

Callau previously filed court documents claiming Robin was withholding her inheritance from her, as well as charging her taxes and other expenses. The family also feuded over the late actor’s burial arrangements.

The “Growing Pains” star died in December 2016 at the age of 69 after suffering a heart attack while playing hockey with his son Carter.
