MCDONALD'S
The Monster Mac - Perhaps more aptly called the Bigger Mac, this gut stretching creation is simply a normal Big Mac - but with six extra beef patties shoved in.
According to the Hack The Menu team, the burger is 'enough to satisfy a few people with hearty appetites or one hungry lumberjack' and can be ordered from any McDonald's for $6.49 (£4.16).
The two Cheeseburger meal - Does what it says on the tin, if you ask for this you can expect an extra cheeseburger alongside your fries and drink priced at $4.69 (£3).

The All American- This simple offering consists of nothing more than a toasted burger bun containing a beef patty, ketchup and the often shunned gherkin. The $1 bargain snack is said to be one of the most popular items on the secret menu.
Fries with Big Mac sauce - Customers can simply ask for a small pot of the famous Big Mac secret sauce to dip their fries in, and, according to Hack the Menu, it's usually free.
Grilled cheese- This is easily the most basic of the secret menu choices. A hamburger is stripped bare aside from the cheese and is then grilled for $0.99. The website urges the importance of getting it grilled.
The All American Burger and Fries with Big Mac Sauce: More familiar to older customers of McDonalds, the All American burger is simply without cheese and harks back to a simpler time for the fast food giant. Moreover, everyone knows that the best thing about the Big Mac is the special sauce and to that end on the secret menu is the option of asking for a side of the signature condiment (right) with fries

Liquid Cocaine - This customer-invented beverage is supposedly 'one of the most intense drinks you can get, it's guaranteed to shock your system'.

Twix Frappuccino - Made by mixing a Caramel Frappuccino with two pumps of caramel syrup, two pumps hazelnut syrup, java chips and caramel and mocha drizzle, customers will need to show his recipe to their cashier for a hope of walking away with the treat. - Normal price by size

SUBWAY
Pizza Sub - While briefly on the main menu during 2012, the Pizza Sub has disappeared off the advertising boards to become a stalwart on the secret menu.
Essentially two Pepperoni Toasties stacked on top of each other, it's a product best aimed at the particularly hungry. The price is variable between outlets, but Hack the Menu assures readers the 'taste sensation' is more than worth it. - Price varies with location.
Old Cut - Not in any way a new dish, it is, in fact, the old way Subway used to cut their sandwiches. At some point over the last decade, the policy somehow changed from cutting down from the top to cutting in from the side.
The Hack the Menu team suggest finding an artisan familiar with the old style as a top-down cut somehow helps the sandwich hold onto the ingredients better. - Normally priced subs
Wing Effect - Again a change in presentation rather than content. This is for people who like to go at their sandwich one ingredient at a time. Simply ask your sandwich maker to leave the meat closer to the edge of the bread, so it hangs out the side, and voila - wing effect. - Normally priced subs.
Triple Down: Strictly for an American audience, the Triple Down is a riff on the infamous Double Down, which was released in US outlets in 2010.

While the Double Down is no longer available, the Hack the Menu team assure readers that if they ask nicely, its larger cousin can still be whipped up (for a variable cost).
The Ultimate Zinger - The Ultimate Zinger a mash up of the Ultimate Burger but with the addition of a Zinger fillet to create a spicy take on the traditional chicken fillet burger. - Price varies
The Zinger Stacker - The Zinger took a further hybrid transformation in the form of the Zinger Stacker consisting of two Zinger Fillets, two slices of melted cheese, lettuce, spicy sauce and chili relish. Price varies
NANDO'S
The Peri-tamer- The Peri-tamer, an extremely mild sauce from the kids menu can be added to any of the adult chicken dishes when requested. - Normal meal price

Added extras- Nando's employee Minder Kaur said: 'Items that aren't presented explicitly or at all on the new menu include beanie or veg fillets by themselves as you can get a chicken fillet, an option to have feta cheese as a side and a chili wrap.

'If you aren't already aware, there is an option for customers to get multiple sauces or bastes used on their meals. For example, if you are ordering a sharing platter of a whole chicken with two sides / four sides, it is possible to get half of that chicken Peri-Tamer and the other half Mango and Lime or whatever other sauce you would prefer.
FIVE GUYS
Well done fries -Hack the Menu has revealed that these are only available in a limited set of locations but are worth making the trip. They are said to be one of the best items on the Five Guys secret menu and see the potatoes stay in the friar a little longer for an added crispy taste. - Regular price by size
The Patty Melt - Takes the traditional beef burger of a beef patty sandwiched between two buns and cheese andonlions and then grills it to replicate a grilled cheese sandwich. $5.29 (£3.40)
The Double Grilled Cheeseburger - This takes the Patty Melt to a new level seeing two beef patties ditch the basic bun and are instead sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches. $6.98 (£4.49)
TACO BELL
The Incredible Hulk- Takes the traditional beef five layered burrito and replaces the nacho cheese with guacamole for a somewhat green version. Hack The Menu recommend subtracting the inner 6" shell and make it FRESCO. $1.89 (£1.22)
The Enchirito - The Enchirito is a mash-up of a burrito and an enchilada is a simple dish of an enchillada stuffed with beef, beans and cheese, it is then topped with onions and a red sauce. $1.99 (£1.28)
The Cheesy Gordita Crunch - Takes the hard shelled beef taco and places it inside a Gordita shell with a layer of melted cheese added between the two shells. $2.49 (£1.60)
