KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 21) -- Malaysian construction firm IJM Corporation said Tuesday it plans to invest 500 million ringgit ($120.87 million) in an office tower project in the country's upcoming international financial district.
IJM Corp is acquiring Fairview Valley, developer of the 27-floor office tower in Tun Razak Exchange, for one million ringgit, the company said in a statement. The tower will be Prudential's new Malaysian headquarters and house all of its life insurance and asset management businesses, it said.
