Michael Anthony Hornak, age 38, of New York entered into rest on October 21, 2019 in MA. He was born in Bridgeport on February 8, 1981 son of William Hornak and Toni (Houde) Klein. Michael had a sense for adventure and loved to travel. Some of the countries he has visited were Venezuela, Egypt, Slovakia, Sierra Leone, Lebanon and Spain. He also enjoyed hiking, white water rafting and skydiving. Michael is survived by his brother Nicholas Hornak, his grandmother’s Ann Mannion and Eva Hornak and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may call on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd., Shelton. His funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the parlor.
