The Georgia Satellites and Aaron Tippin will headline the annual Harvest Fest Music and Food Truck Festival on Nov. 11 at Tuscawilla Park, organizers announced on Friday.

The Georgia Satellites, a Southern rock band from Atlanta, scored a big hit in 1986 with “Keep Your Hands to Yourself.” Tippin is a country artist best known for the anthem “You’ve Got to Stand for Something.”

The fest will feature two stages of live blues, rock and country music. Other acts scheduled include Hollis Brown, Lawrence, Savants of Soul, Jamie Davis, Bailey Callahan, Bob Green and the Whiskey Conspiracy, and the Doug Adams Band.

“This special Veteran’s Day edition of the city’s annual Harvest Fest event will express our appreciation for veterans and those currently serving,” said Amy Casaletto, marketing and promotions manager for the City of Ocala Recreation and Parks Department, in prepared remarks.

Also featured at the fest: food trucks, fine arts and crafts vendors, sales and nonprofit vendors.

Admission is free with donation of a non-perishable food item, which will benefit Project Hope.

VIP tickets are $20 and include up-close access to the stage during performances by the Georgia Satellites and Aaron Tippin, plus one free adult beverage, access to VIP restrooms, and a commemorative Harvest Fest T-shirt. Buy tickets at www.feeldowntownlive.com.
