It looks like Jennifer Aniston's baby dreams have finally come true for her, even if they are happening a little late. There are several reports indicating the Hollywood actress was supposedly hiding a small baby bump while celebrating her birthday with husband Justin Theroux in Hollywood this past week.

According to OK! Magazine on eyewitnesses say that the 47-year-old star was rather strategic in covering up her midsection, adding more fuel to the speculation that she is indeed pregnant with her first child.

Sources say that the couple want to keep their baby news "hush hush" for now and that they don't plan on making any big announcement in the coming weeks. In fact, Aniston and Theroux managed to pull off a secret wedding too when they finally tied the knot last August in front of a small group of close family and friends.

Of course, this isn't the first time it's been rumored that Aniston might be pregnant. The tabloid media has been gossiping about the state of her uterus for quite a few years now with the actress herself even admitting that she and Theroux have definitely been "trying."
