MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — A toy and donation drive is taking place through Oct. 13 at Orazio Pub, 333 N. Center Street, Naperville, in honor of Andrew "AJ" Freund, the Crystal Lake 5-year-old found dead in April in rural Woodstock, and whose parents remain behind bars on first-degree murder charges. According to the Roar for AJ Facebook page, donations will be delivered to Child Advocacy Center of McHenry County before a March vigil held Roar for AJ members in honor of what would have been the boy's 6th birthday.

According to the website, the Child Advocacy Center of McHenry County is a 501(c)(3) organization "that provides critical services to children who are victims of sexual abuse and severe physical abuse, and their non-offending family members."
