The 62,500-square-foot facility with a "hot air balloon" motif and pending LEED certification, constructed and designed by McCarthy Building Co. and Stantec, offers a Toddler Preschool and Inclusion Center to help integrate children on the autism spectrum into licensed preschool facilities and includes an exclusive-use playground, two classrooms and developmental evaluation space.

"The day school and its playground are designed to be an engaging, joyful place that supports learning through play and provides a therapeutic environment for physical, cognitive and socio-emotional development," officials said.
