PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Wells Fargo customers may be unable to use mobile and online banking due to a systems issue, bank officials say.

A Wells Fargo spokesperson said some customers have been unable to log in due the issue. A message about the issue was posted to the Wells Fargo Facebook page Thursday morning.
