Build your own burger or try one of their delicious specialties. Who else can't wait to try this place?

SOUTHAMPTON, NY —The much anticipated opening night of Union Burger Bar at Union Cantina in Southampton drew a hungry crowd on Jan. 18.

Restaurateur/owner Ian Duke and Executive Chef Scott Kampf hosted as diners tried the new eatery's Mac Attack! burger, Wild Rice Burger Bowl, Coopers Beach Burger, the Black & Bleu, California Veggie Burger, a Turkey Burger, and other house specialties. Tantalizing starters include fried pickles, a NYC street pretzel, Mac & Cheese, Scotty's Award-Winning Chili, wings, battered onion rings, and corn fritters. A wide array of fries awaits, including Onion Hay Fries, Truffle Fries, Chili Cheese Fries, and Disco Fries. Salads and bowls are also a delightful option.

Union Burger Bar, which shares a space with Union Cantina at 40 Bowden Square in Southampton, but has its own entryway, is set in actual Speakeasy from the days of Prohibition, according to its website, and sets out to offer a fun twist on an American favorite, the cheeseburger. "However you like it, you can have it," the site says.
