16-Year-Old Killed In Takoma Park Shooting: Police

Police say they have strong leads in the case, and do not believe it to be a random crime.

UPDATE 4:35 p.m.: Police have arrested two suspects in his murder: 22-year-old Tyrell McArthur of Temple Hills and 22-year-old Rayshawn Williams of no fixed address, according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department. Detectives are also working to identify and arrest a third suspect.

TAKOMA PARK, MD -- The person who was found shot to death in Takoma Park Monday night was a 16-year-old boy, and police say they have strong leads in the case.

Police identified the victim as 16-year-old Kevin Wilson Jr. of Silver Spring. He was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 6700 block of New Hampshire Avenue at 7:05 p.m. on Monday, according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department.
