Next Production for The Onstage Repertory Theatre performing at the Campbell Theater

"A Familiar Visage"

“A FAMILIAR VISAGE”, a new play written and directed by Edwin Peabody makes it’s debut on Friday September 19 at the Campbell Theater in Martinez. Peabody based his play on three plays by Edgar Allan Poe. The time is 1840 and the place is New York and Paris. Reeling after a personal tragedy, a 19th century American writer and journalist accepts an overseas assignment working with the world’s first detective, unlocking a seemingly interwoven and increasingly macabre mystery they must follow to the end.

The cast features the talents of Matthew Gardner, Kerry Gudjohnsen, Don Tamblyn & Ryan Terry. Setting is by Ryan Terry & lighting by Randall Nott .

Performance dates are Fridays & Saturdays at 8:00 PM beginning Sept 19 through Oct. 5 There is one Thursday performance on Sept 25 at 8:00 PM and one Sunday matinee on Oct 5 at 2:30 PM.
