Congrats to all

It’s official: The intersection of La Brea and Melrose will soon have a heritage designation that officially recognizes Pink’s Hot Dogs. The long-running hot dog stand has been in operation in one form or another since 1939, and still draws big lines almost every day. A motion to officially designate the square as “Pink’s Square” started up back in February of this year, and now LA Magazine reports that the move is official, as of yesterday. Congratulations, Pink’s.
