Roy Williams Sends Letter, Autographed Photo to Bullied Student

After hearing about a Tar Heels fan getting bullied, North Carolina basketball coach Roy Williams stepped up and did something to make the youngster feel better.

Eleven-year-old Drew Summerlin, who has Asperger's syndrome, has been the victim of bullying from his schoolmates. Summerlin has received nasty comments from his peers on social media and was recently hospitalized with a concussion after getting brutally attacked.

Last month, the Summerlin family shared Drew's heartbreaking story to Rochester's WHEC:

Well, Williams heard about the story and did something about it.

The Tar Heels coach took the time to write a letter to the bullied boy and included an autographed team photo, per Mark Armstrong of ABC 11:
