Florida-based National Retail Properties has acquired the Outback Steakhouse in Fultondale.
The restaurant, located at 1725 Fulton Road in Fultondale, sold for $2.2 million, according Jefferson County public records.
The seller was Florida-based Outback Steakhouse of Florida LLC, a limited liability corporation formed by Bloomin Brands Inc.
National Retail Properties is a publicly traded real estate investment company and has a large portfolio of properties, including 72 in Alabama.
Bloomin Brands is a company that owns a variety of restaurant brands, including Outback, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and Roy's and has over 95,000 team members and over 1,500 restaurants in 48 states.
Outback is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a..m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
