Business Continuity Benefits and Increased Proximity to Innovation Group BPO Headquarters to Enhance Overall Customer Service

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL--(Marketwired - Jul 23, 2013) - The Innovation Group plc (Innovation Group) today announced that following an extensive business assessment, the company is relocating call center operations, which primarily provide first notice of loss (FNOL) service, from Springfield, Mass. to Chicago, Ill.

Recent trends in CAT events, including Hurricane Irene and Hurricane Sandy, have highlighted the dangers of locating business critical operations in disaster prone areas when an immediate response must be guaranteed. Therefore, Innovation Group has made the difficult decision to relocate primary call center operations to be nearer to the company's North America headquarters in Rolling Meadows, Ill. This move is intended to help ensure continued top-quality service on a 24X7X365 basis for all Innovation Group customers.

All options are being considered, including the relocation of some employees to the new facility should the situation be mutually beneficial."
