DISTRICT HEIGHTS, Md., -- A 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged as an adult after police said he shot and killed his mother’s husband after an argument.
Prince George’s County police arrested Jonte Graham on Friday for the fatal shooting of 32-year-old Antoine Colter.
Police said they were called to the 6800 block of Atwood Street around 5:25 p.m. on December 8 for the report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found Colter suffering from gunshot wounds inside an apartment. Colter was pronounced dead shortly after.
Graham was charged with first and second degree murder. Officials say he is in the custody of the Department of Corrections where he will be held without bond.
