LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Today, Gov. Steve Sisolak got a look at a new solar project at Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada.
The nonprofit is working to become more environmentally friendly.
The facility installed solar panels, LED lighting, and roofing improvements.
Once the projects are complete Catholic Charities says they'll see savings on energy bills and that saved money will go toward helping people in need in our community.
