The latest Property Brothers spinoff on HGTV is going to be more personal than ever. This time, they're renovating and redecorating Drew Scott's home that he'll share with his fiancée, Linda Phan. To give a sneak preview of their new special, Property Brothers at Home: Drew's Honeymoon House, the Scott brothers filmed a live Facebook video on Wednesday with Linda and her sister, Wanda.

The Los Angeles house was built in 1921, and hasn't been renovated, so there's a lot of work for them to do. So far, they have gotten rid of lead and asbestos in the house—and also got rid of a lot of tacky wallpaper. (Though Linda definitely has a soft spot for the stuff.) But the rest of the house is basically a blank slate.

And the house has a lot of personal history, too. Linda told a story about how the previous owner, 71 years ago, was born in that house, on the living room floor. It turns out her mother didn't want to keep going to the hospital early in her labor, and didn't quite make it to the doctor in time.

Drew says the renovation is his chance to put a personal touch on a home. "I love it, because we love helping other families, but we are renovating houses for them," Drew said, "but at least here, I can put all the bells and whistles that I want in the house." And that includes a crafting room for Linda, because "she's a craft-o-maniac," Drew says, along with built-in storage because "I like to organize for fun." Looks like a match made in heaven.
