Time to sack the make-up artist! Saved By The Bell's Lark Voorhies suffers foundation fail as she makes rare public appearance

She hasn't been seen in public for almost two years, but Saved By The Bell actress Lark Voorhies made a rare appearance at a movie premiere over the weekend.

The 40-year-old looked lovely in a white dress and silver stilettos as she attended the Where We Started premiere in Hollywood, California on Friday night.

She wore her hair down and straight and completed her outfit with a silver necklace, but it might be time to sack the makeup artist as she seemed to be suffering a foundation fail.

Despite the odd look, and of course celebrities have to be wary of the bright lights coming from camera bulbs, it's great to see Lisa doing so well.

The actress appeared to be in good spirits as she paused and posed for the cameras.

Lark played Lisa Turtle on the hit 90s show, which ran on NBC from 1989 to 1993, but unlike her other co-stars like Mario Lopez, who have continued successful television and movie careers, Lisa has stayed away from the spotlight.

She, however, has appeared in a few walk-on and other minor roles.

Questions regarding her mental health surfaced following an interview with People magazine in 2012 where she was described as 'mumbling to herself, or to others who weren't there,' according to Toofab.com.

Lark's mother, Tricia, came to her defense saying that her daughter suffered from depression and was bipolar, though Lark denied those claims, according to Celebdirtylaundry.com.

Lark also wrote three books with bizarre titles, which further fueled rumors of her mental instability.

For her role as Lisa Turtle, Lark was nominated for the Young Artist Award four times and won it twice in 1990 and 1993.

She also had a regular role on Good Morning, Miss Bliss.
