Two individuals in Franklin County are facing multiple charges after deputies say they found several stolen items and drug paraphernalia at a residence.

Following a search warrant, Franklin County deputies arrested Ashlee S. Perdue, 31, of Penhook, and Michael D. Diodato.

Deputies say Perdue is charged with Grand Larceny and has other charges pending further investigation. Diodato is charged with Driving on a Revoked or Suspended License, Possession of a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance and also has additional pending charges.

According to deputies, on April 10, a search warrant was conducted at a residence in the 2600 block of Sago Road in reference to larceny and drug activity.

Deputies say Perdue was found with several stolen items from a December 2017 incident as well as numerous items of drug paraphernalia.

While on scene, deputies say Diodato pulled up to the residence and was arrested for Driving on a Revoked or Suspended License as well as possession of methamphetamine.

Deputies say additional charges may be pending once results are received from the forensics lab.

Perdue was held on a $2,500 bond, but has since been bailed out. Diodato is currently being held at the Franklin County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
