The Portland Timbers and Seattle Sounders met for the first time in the North American Soccer League in 1975.

More than 40 years later, the two rivals are set to play each other for the 100th time Sunday as Portland hosts Seattle at Providence Park.

The rivalry between the Timbers and Sounders might have begun in the NASL in 1975, but it is just as fierce today. In fact, no rivalry in Major League Soccer is more intense than the Portland-Seattle rivalry.

From the Timbers ousting the Sounders in the 1975 NASL playoffs to Portland beating Seattle in the 2013 MLS Cup Playoffs to the infamous "Red Card Wedding" in the 2015 U.S. Open Cup, there have been many memorable moments in the history of the Timbers-Sounders rivalry.

The Oregonian/OregonLive took a look at the top 15 most memorable moments from the rivalry earlier this week.

Now, we want to hear from you. What are your favorite memories from the Timbers-Sounders rivalry? Let us know you thoughts in the comments section and check out responses from other fans below.
