She also told DailyMail.com: 'Going from one kid to two has been the biggest change, for sure. Double the diapers, but double the love! Now it will just be more, but we are happy.'

But there are times she just does not feel great.

The TV vet shared that she is already feeling 'pregnancy nausea and fatigue' at four months along.

On Monday Tanner posted: 'Oops I did it again ... no, this one was not planned. Very much an accident, and very much a surprise when Jade told me.'

More to love: She also told DailyMail.com: 'Going from one kid to two has been the biggest change, for sure. Double the diapers, but double the love! Now it will just be more, but we are happy.'

Their announcement read: 'HERE WE GROW AGAIN!!! It feels so good to be able to finally talk about this pregnancy!' said the beauty in her long caption.

And then Jade said: 'Although this time has its uncertainties, we are so thankful and excited for this baby. We are beyond happy to love another baby...'

The stars talked to DailyMail.com about how they are coping as they self-isolate from COVID-19.

'It’s hard knowing we can’t do things,' she said. 'We were homebodies anyways because we have two little ones.'

Tanner added, 'Not being able to go to the gym, or have my mom come watch the kids at night so Jade and I can have date night has been the hardest thing. There is just no break right now. Feels like Groundhog Day.'

And on the weekends they do more of the same.

'Before quarantine we would usually have my mom over one day or night to watch the kids so Jade and I could do some sort of date activity.

'Whether it was a hike, going to the beach, golfing, or a movie or dinner night. Now, it feels like there is no such thing as weekends. Just days,' he said with a laugh.

And the two have found a way to divide up the work.

'Since Brooks came along, Jade has tended to do more of the “Brooks” stuff and I’ve taken a bigger role in the “Emmy” duties just because she’s a good mom and knows toddlers are easier for me,' said Tanner.

'But Jade handles most of the kids' meals and I do the dishes and garbage. We try to find a good balance.'

The duo are well stocked with food though.

'It was hard at the beginning honestly. We stocked up on so much food. Couple that with not being able to leave the house,' said Jade.

'It was easy to get in a funk those first few weeks. As we have gotten used to being at home 24-7 we have started to do at home workouts and lean on Nutrisystem for a lot of our meals and snacks.

'It’s made it easy because it comes straight to your door. Which is convenient all the time, but especially now. But also I feel good after eating it. Not to mention how much money we are saving avoiding delivery fees for every meal. So we are getting back on track!'

The couple met on Bachelor In Paradise and wed in 2016.

In early May he told Us Weekly he was 'on the fence' about having another baby although his wife was already pregnant.

'More and more as time goes on, I think I’m joining her side for like, OK, a third would be kind of cool to have,' he added.

She said: 'I grew up in a family of three kids and he grew up in a family of two kids, so I think we see it the way we grew up. I’ve always just wanted another. I feel like our family is not complete, so I would love to have a third. He’s definitely somebody I’d have to convince.'
