PSG captain Thiago Silva predicts a classic against Liverpool as the ‘world’s strongest forward lines’ clash at Anfield

PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN skipper Thiago Silva expects fireworks when the two best attacks in the world clash at Anfield tonight.

Liverpool begin their quest to go one better than last year in the Champions League against the French giants who boast the formidable front line of Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani.

But the Kop have their own trio of Mo Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane terrorising defences hitting 92 goals between them last season.

And the Brazilian defender knows he will have his work cut out tonight keeping the Kop attack quiet.

Silva said: “We've got to be prepared, start well and hopefully we can go back home with a good result.

"It's all about us. That's what we've got to do – we've got to be focused on ourselves.

“We've got to be prepared because I know the fans are going to be in for a great spectacle.
“It's going to be a real show of football.

"You are looking at probably the two strongest club forward lines in world football – three attackers on each side that can entertain and provide a threat all the way through the match.

"We'll be talking between now and (the game) and the best way of approaching the game tactically, but as I say, it's going to be some kind of show."

Jurgen Klopp is hopeful Firmino recovers from an eye injury suffered in the win against Spurs on Saturday.

Divock Origi and Dominic Solanake are also doubts meaning Daniel Sturridge could start if the Brazilian is out.
