Celebrity Inquirer readers: Chelsea Clinton and Eagles fan Marc Mezvinsky

It's no secret that there are quite a few Philadelphia sports fans in the current White House, right up to vice president Joe Biden. And there will be some new ones if Hillary Clinton wins the election - at least, within the president's extended family.

It's no secret that there are quite a few Philadelphia sports fans in the current White House, right up to vice president Joe Biden.

And there will be some new ones if Hillary Clinton wins the election - at least, within the president's extended family.

Chelsea Clinton tweeted this Thursday night:

"Marc" is Marc Mezvinsky, Chelsea's husband. He's a Philadelphia native whose mother is Marjorie Margolies, a former Congresswoman and reporter for NBC10. She's now a fellow at Penn's Fels Institute of Government.

Of course, it's even better news that the former and possibly future first daughter is a fan of our Eagles coverage. I don't know what the distribution of the Inquirer is in D.C. these days. I'll have to ask our Washington correspondent Jonathan Tamari - who just so happens to be a former Eagles beat writer for us.

Also, since President Obama is coming to town Tuesday for a big Hillary campaign on Eakins Oval, maybe he can take a few copies of the paper back to D.C. to give to Marc.
