Watching poker on TV? Fine. Playing poker on TV, without cards? I don't know, it sort of loses some of the magic for me (I just think, "What Would Ricky Jay Do?"). But some poker folks are apparently pretty excited about this Texas Hold 'Em TV Poker gizmo from VS-MAXX. It displays the cards and table on your TV, then displays the secret hole cards on a private handset. The rounds would go faster, I suppose, and you would have an extra hand free for whisky at all times ... say, this isn't such a bad idea, after all!
