June A. Erlendson

June A. Erlendson, age 87 of Grafton, ND, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at the Unity Medical Center of Grafton.

June Arlene Erlendson was born June 30, 1931, the daughter of the late Earl and Kathryn (Feick) Erlendson. She attended Grafton schools and upon graduating she began employment at what is now Bermer Bank, where she held many positions. Upon her retirement from the bank, she accepted a position as a call person at Edward Jones, a position she held until retiring again in 2010.

June was a lifelong music lover and enjoyed playing the clarinet with what she called Joe Birkland's Rose Bowl Band. Her trip to the Rose Bowl to march in the Rose Parade was an unforgettable trip for her. She also sang in her church choir and community choruses.

June was survived by her niece, Jeani Rottle, Auburn, WA and grandniece, Shannon Long, Vancouver, WA. She also has many cousins in North Dakota. Preceded in death were her parents, sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Gordon Brackett, nephew, Neil Brackett, infant sister and soul mate and life partner, Lynn Ebert.

June resided in Grafton, North Dakota her entire life. She loved her community and was a very quiet, generous contributor to many organizations.
