A 26-year-old woman was arrested Saturday night after kicking a security guard in the groin, according to Austin police.

Fabiola Cervantes was at the Baby Acapulco in the 13000 block of Interstate 35 in North Austin when restaurant staff asked her to leave because she was drunk, according to Cervantes’ arrest affidavit.

The restaurant’s security guard then allowed her to charge her phone as he was escorting her out the building, but when the guard told her it was time to go, Cervantes became aggressive and began screaming. The woman then kicked the guard in the groin, prompting him to hold her to the ground and place her in handcuffs.

Austin police then arrived and took her to the Travis County jail where she was held for assault on a security guard, a third-degree felony. Bond was posted at $6,000.
