HTC really wants you to squeeze things [VIDEO]

0

HTC’s next phone is scheduled to be announced next month and we still don’t know a ton about it. The one thing that has consistently popped up is a feature that allows you to “squeeze” the phone. The edges will be pressure sensitive so you can literally squeeze the device to perform functions. HTC has been really pushing the squeeze feature in marketing, including a new video.

The 30 second clip shows a variety of objects being squeezed. Lemons, bread, bubble wrap, sponges, biceps, and more. We also get a very brief look at the phone itself, which has the super high gloss finish from the HTC U Ultra. That’s all we can really see. The device will be called the HTC U 11 and we’ll know more next month. Are you excited about the squeeze feature?
