Vietnam veteran hat, Purple Heart found in Lima

ODOT is looking for the owner of a Vietnam veteran hat with a purple heart that was found Wednesday.
ODOT of northwest Ohio posted a photo of the hat on Twitter, adding that a bridge inspector found the hat on I-75 over SR 81 in Lima.
The hat has a Purple Heart and 1st Calvary pins on it.
