Pleas Help! No Audio output :(

Solution
Then what you have is the classic clash and battle between the realtek audio app ect and windows audio.
Simply un install the Realtek app if its the one you have.
restart windows and use the windows built in sound management options.
There is conflict between the Realtek app and windows sound manager.
With Vista windows 7 ect. The auto sensing messes everything up.
There have been a few posts on this, and removing the realtek audio management app fixes it most of the time.
Its because the Realtek app and windows is having a battle on controlling the audio chip of the board, and conflict with each other when running at the same time.
Bonkers I know but it works.

Right click on your Volume mixer and whats the default playback device? Try tinkering there, if not... Check your drivers.. If this is a fresh build, you're going to need to use the Motherboard's DVD installation.. If neither of those solutions help might be your motherboard.. Ive said it in quite a few of my posts.. MSI is garbage, and i would RMA it and sell it, if you cant get a full refund.

yes! default playback device select correctly!

Ok you installed the audio driver. And it shows up in windows that it`s working, the sound icon/ speaker symbol is showing.

Now down to your speaker setup 2.1 or 5.1.
2.1 speakers 1.5mm jack into the green colored input port on the back of the board.
Do not connect to the front two audio ports as they are used for headphones or mic and headset config.
If you have a audio control app other than windows, Ie a realtek audio app.
Then click on the device, speakers look down and there is an arrow.
click on it, now you can change the type of speaker setup there 2.1 to 5.1.
You must select the speaker type config from there.
Or you will get no sound ok.

If your using windows sound.
Right click on the speaker icon, and select playback devices.
Right click on speakers, make sure it is set as default playback device.
Right click and select configure speakers, make sure the right setup is selected for your speaker setup 2.1 quad, 5.1 7.1
select ok apply.
Again if you do not select the right speaker setup in there for the speaker set you have 2.1 if set to 5.1 you will hear no sound till it is set to that in windows.
